Editorial Policy
All Perfect Health publishes health and wellness information to help readers ask better questions and make more informed decisions. It is educational content, not personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Who writes All Perfect Health
All Perfect Health is written and published by Dave James. Dave is not a doctor. His perspective is shaped by long-term personal study of health, nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and the research surrounding them. Read more about the person behind the site on the About page.
How we develop articles
We choose topics that readers are actively trying to understand, especially where health claims are confusing, overstated, or incomplete. Articles are researched and written to be useful, readable, and clear about their limits.
Where a claim depends on evidence, we aim to use appropriate sources such as peer-reviewed research, government health agencies, recognised medical institutions, public-health organisations, and qualified expert sources. We distinguish between well-established evidence, limited or emerging evidence, traditional use, and personal perspective where practical.
Research, writing, and editing tools, including AI tools, may assist the work. Final decisions about what is published remain under human review.
Health and safety standards
Health information is not one-size-fits-all. We aim to avoid cure claims, guaranteed outcomes, and language that could encourage readers to delay appropriate care. Articles discussing diet, supplements, symptoms, exercise, or health conditions should make clear when evidence is uncertain and when readers should speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
For the full legal and medical boundary, read the site Disclaimer.
Editorial independence and affiliate relationships
Editorial independence comes first. No brand, supplement company, pharmaceutical company, food company, or other party pays for editorial coverage or a favourable recommendation. If an article contains an affiliate link, the relationship will be disclosed clearly before the relevant link. A possible commission does not determine what we cover or recommend.
Read the full Affiliate Disclosure for further detail.
Corrections and updates
Health information changes, and older articles can need correction or clarification. We review and update content when reliable new information becomes available, when an article no longer meets our standards, or when readers identify a possible error. Material updates should be reflected in the article itself.
If you believe an article is inaccurate, outdated, or unclear, please use the Contact page. Include the article URL and, where possible, a reliable source that supports the correction.
Our commitment
We aim to publish useful health content without pretending that complex questions have simple answers. Readers should use this site as a starting point for learning and discuss personal health decisions with an appropriately qualified professional.
