Editorial Standards

All Perfect Health aims to publish health and wellness content that is useful, responsible, and easy to understand. Articles are created to inform and educate readers, not to replace personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

When discussing health topics, we aim to use reliable sources such as peer-reviewed research, government health agencies, recognised medical institutions, public health organisations, and qualified expert sources. We avoid exaggerated claims and try to make clear when evidence is strong, limited, emerging, or based mainly on traditional use.

Content may be assisted by research, writing, or editing tools, including AI tools, but final publishing decisions remain under human review. Before publication, content is checked for clarity, safety, usefulness, and responsible wording, especially where supplements, natural remedies, diet, exercise, symptoms, or medical conditions are discussed.

We review and update articles when new information becomes available, when older content needs improvement, or when readers identify something that may need correction. If you believe an article contains an error, outdated information, or unclear health guidance, please contact us so we can review it.

The short version: All Perfect Health does not currently use affiliate links. If that changes, the relationship will be disclosed clearly before the relevant link. Editorial independence comes first.

Editorial independence comes first

No brand, supplement company, pharmaceutical company, food company, or any other party pays me to write about their product. No review on this site is sponsored. No product is featured because a brand asked for coverage.

Every recommendation on this site is made because I genuinely believe — based on personal use, research, or both — that it’s worth considering. If that stops being true, the recommendation comes down.

An affiliate link is a tracked link to a product or service on another site. If affiliate links are introduced in future, a retailer or affiliate program may pay a commission on qualifying purchases. Any such relationship will be disclosed clearly before the relevant link.

If affiliate links are introduced, any commissions may help support the site’s hosting, tools, and research subscriptions. They will not change editorial standards or the way recommendations are evaluated.

How I choose what to recommend

A product only earns a recommendation on this site if it clears at least one of the following:

  1. I’ve personally used it for a meaningful period.
  2. I’ve read the research behind its ingredients, mechanism, or claims and find it genuinely credible.
  3. It’s a book, study, or resource by an author whose work I’ve followed and whose evidence I’ve checked.

What a product does not need to earn a recommendation: a high commission rate, an exclusive discount code, a relationship with the brand, or a press kit.

Per-post disclosure

Any article that contains affiliate links will carry a clear disclosure box at the top of the post — before you read anything else — stating that affiliate links are present and linking back to this page.

If an article does not contain that disclosure box, it has no affiliate links.

What this site will never do

  • Accept money from pharmaceutical companies for coverage.
  • Accept money from supplement brands in exchange for favourable reviews.
  • Publish sponsored content disguised as editorial.
  • Recommend a product I haven’t personally used or researched against the evidence.
  • Hide the fact that a link is an affiliate link.

Corrections and complaints

If you think a product recommendation on this site is wrong, misleading, or out of date, please leave a comment on the relevant post with your reasoning and any supporting evidence. I take corrections seriously and will update or remove the recommendation if the correction holds up.
