Disclosure
The short version: I write honestly about health. Some links on this site earn me a small commission. That revenue never changes what I recommend. The full policy is below.
Editorial independence comes first
No brand, supplement company, pharmaceutical company, food company, or any other party pays me to write about their product. No review on this site is sponsored. No product is featured because a brand asked for coverage.
Every recommendation on this site is made because I genuinely believe — based on personal use, research, or both — that it’s worth considering. If that stops being true, the recommendation comes down.
What affiliate links are
An affiliate link is a tracked link to a product on another site (like Amazon). If you click it and end up buying that product — or sometimes other things during the same visit — the retailer pays me a small commission. You never pay more because of it. The price is identical whether you use my link or not.
Affiliate commissions help cover the costs of running All Perfect Health (hosting, tools, research subscriptions) so that the content stays free and ad-light for readers.
Programs I participate in
This list is kept current. If I join or leave a program, this section is updated.
- Amazon Associates — books, supplements, kitchen and health equipment.
As required by the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program: As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
How I choose what to recommend
A product only earns a recommendation on this site if it clears at least one of the following:
- I’ve personally used it for a meaningful period.
- I’ve read the research behind its ingredients, mechanism, or claims and find it genuinely credible.
- It’s a book, study, or resource by an author whose work I’ve followed and whose evidence I’ve checked.
What a product does not need to earn a recommendation: a high commission rate, an exclusive discount code, a relationship with the brand, or a press kit.
Per-post disclosure
Any article that contains affiliate links will carry a clear disclosure box at the top of the post — before you read anything else — stating that affiliate links are present and linking back to this page.
If an article does not contain that disclosure box, it has no affiliate links.
What this site will never do
- Accept money from pharmaceutical companies for coverage.
- Accept money from supplement brands in exchange for favourable reviews.
- Publish sponsored content disguised as editorial.
- Recommend a product I haven’t personally used or researched against the evidence.
- Hide the fact that a link is an affiliate link.
Corrections and complaints
If you think a product recommendation on this site is wrong, misleading, or out of date, please leave a comment on the relevant post with your reasoning and any supporting evidence. I take corrections seriously and will update or remove the recommendation if the correction holds up.
